Dubai, UAE (August 15, 2024)
– Entrepreneurs at new and growing companies specializing in developing energy saving products and technologies are being given the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between R&D and business creation at a workshop being run by InnoVest Group executives. The InnoVest Group hosted a four-day workshop on July that aims to equip companies with the necessary business tools to help them bring their early stage, energy saving technologies to the market place. This workshop also assists InnoVest to select some of the participating companies with appropriate content to expand their operation to Middle East  and Eurasia regions.

The companies that attended the seminars, including five energy technology developers, were offered strategic and business development support, investment funds and practical advice on growing companies. Further assistance and syndication will be provided to selected group of companies with promising technology and growth plan to raise venture capital funding.

InnoVest is considering early stage investments in some of the participating companies since they have demonstrated real commercial potential following the four days of the workshop and interaction.

David Dastvar, Managing Partner of InnoVest Group commented: “This is the first time that an investment workshop dedicated to energy saving products and innovation has been run in the US, offering companies a unique opportunity to learn from experienced technology investors. The workshops are an effective way of preparing companies for private sector investment and a chance to engage with potential investors.”

Mr. Dastvar added: “Such an approach helps InnoVest Group engage and identify innovative and early stage energy saving technology companies that offer real investment potential for the future”. “We are looking to invest in an expanding and innovative market, which we expect will generate significant revenue streams in the long term. Given the market drive towards an energy saving economy, and targets for increasing use of renewable energy, these technologies are of growing interest to investors.” The intensive workshop covered a number of practical topics, including:
