David H. Dastvar – Managing Partner
David H. Dastvar has worked in Fortune 100 and 500 corporations as Consultant, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Executive Management. He has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar government procurements, IT Outsourcing, Technology Investment , and systems Integration Projects.
He had P&L responsibilities for multi-million dollar government projects and Fortune 500 divisions. Mr. Dastvar managed technically diverse and matrix organizations using advanced management methodologies. He has also championed IR&D Projects for Department of Defense (DOD) and other government agencies. He was a member of Dr.Vinton Cerf's internet project team in MCI, transitioning Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET) technology to MCI-Mail (e-mail) product.
Mr. Dastvar has been involved in numerous start-up companies as strategist, member of board of directors, and venture capitalist. He has been instrumental in bringing application of e-commerce and e-government to companies and developing countries.
Mr. Dastvar has extensive government and commercial business development and marketing experience in US and international markets. He has been involved with technology capacity building, ICT, and systems integration projects in US DoD (USAF, Army, National Guards, and JCS), Civilian Agencies (IRS, Treasury, DOS, VA, HUD, NIH and BLM), Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and Eurasiasince early 80's.
Mr. Dastvar has represented USA in ISO/OSI international standards for several years.
He is a graduate of The George Washington University (GWU) School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS). He is member of several board of directors in technology sectors.
